- Cooks missing on another device? Make sure iCloud is turned on for BBQ Buddy, and that you are signed in to the same iCloud account on both.
- A cook reminder did not arrive? Check that notifications are allowed for BBQ Buddy in Settings, then Notifications.
- Not sure your meat is done? Use a calibrated thermometer and current food safety guidance. BBQ Buddy is a planning and logging tool, not a food safety authority.
It helps if you tell us your iPhone or iPad model, iOS or iPadOS version and what you were doing when the problem happened. Please never send passwords, payment information or private cook details.
