What are the controls?
A controller is the main way to play, and the game shows which button does what as you go. On a controller, the d-pad picks an item and the bottom face button uses it. Two players can share one keyboard: one on the left side (WASD to move, E to use) and one on the right (the arrow keys to move, Enter to use). The keys work by position, so they stay in the same place on any keyboard layout.
How do I play with friends?
A crew is up to four animals. Fill the seats with friends on the same screen, friends online, or AI crew, in any mix. To play online, one player hosts a game and the others pick it from the games list.
Does it work on Steam Deck?
Yes. Steam Deck is one of the first places the game is coming to, and it plays on the built-in controls.
Where is my progress saved?
On your device only: your characters, your camp, your fish log and your settings. They are not synced between devices.
Does the game cost anything inside?
No. There are no in-app purchases.
